Our menu celebrates the ancestral flavors of Mesoamerica, crafted with traditional methods and seasonal native ingredients that honor the stories of the land. While reservations are not required, we encourage you to reserve your table in advance, as our evenings often fill quickly. Workshops will be held on Wednesdays from September 17 to Early November, 2025 (4:30–5:30pm) on the dates listed below at Picnic Café 329 S 500 E, SLC. Each date is capped at 15 participants, with spots given to the first 15 people who register. Anyone beyond that number will be placed on a waitlist in case of cancellations. Confirmation emails will be sent out the day before each workshop.
These workshops are free and open to the public, but we kindly ask that you only register if you truly plan to attend, since space is limited. If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please contact Jean Carlos at 385-355-4855 by call or text.

Los talleres se llevarán a cabo los miércoles del 17 de septiembre a noviembre de 2025 (4:30–5:30pm) durante las fechas anunciadas posteriormente en Picnic Café 329 S 500 E, SLC. Cada fecha tendrá un límite de 15 participantes, y los lugares se asignarán a las primeras 15 personas que se registren. Quienes se registren después serán puestos en lista de espera en caso de cancelaciones. Los correos de confirmación se enviarán el dia antes de cada taller.
